PSI Bed Bugs Management Service

Bed bugs are near about 4 - 5mm long. They shun the light. During the day time, they hide in cracks, crevices, furniture, beds, mattresses, behind wallpaper, skirting boards, etc. These harbourages are also their breeding places. The male, female and young nymphs are all blood-suckers.

They hide in cracks and crevices, close to their sleeping hosts, such as in the bedroom. They come out from their hiding places at night and bite humans. The bedbug takes between 3 to 15 minutes to engorge themselves with blood. The biting place produces a hard swelling with whitish colour and causes severe irritation. After feeding, they crawl back to their hiding places where they usually crowd together.

Bed bugs are an objectionable pest and one of the most difficult to eradicate. Deep cleaning, exceptional hygiene and the use of insecticides will help to keep bedbug numbers under control, however professional bed bug control treatment will be required to eradicate the infestation.
